We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This protects you in case of any damage or wrong item and helps us resolve your request immediately.

1WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number, reason for exchange, and photos or unboxing video of the item.

2We confirm and arrange pickup. For defective or wrong items, we arrange a free pickup from your address within 48 hours. For size exchanges, you ship the item back to us.

3Exchange or store credit issued. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange is dispatched or store credit is added to your account within 2 business days.
Size exchange? Shipping charges for sending the item back are borne by the customer. We dispatch the exchanged item to you free of charge.
