Cash on delivery (COD)

- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
- COD orders are processed and dispatched on the same timeline as prepaid orders

Order tracking
- A tracking link is sent to your email and phone once your order is dispatched
- You can track your order directly on the courier's website using the tracking number provided
- If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, WhatsApp us
Important notes
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays
- Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are correct at checkout — we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will try again. After 3 failed attempts the order is returned to us
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your order
